Abstract:-Biometric identification system based on the pattern of the human iris is well suited to
a high level of security systems. Iris recognition is must reliable and precise biometric system.
This paper proposes iris recognition system that implements a fusion of two iris images at
decision level. The Gabor filtering and wavelet transform are used in order to extract the
deterministic patterns in a person’s iris. A CASIA iris database of iris images has been used in
the implementation of the iris recognition system. The results show that proposed method is quite
effective
