Guidline For Author

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished.Manuscripts are accepted with the under standing that they are original or extended version of previously published papersin conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication.Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. This will ensure fast processing and publication. Acceptance or rejection notification will be sent to all authors.Submitted papers MUST be written in English, not exceeding 12 double-column pages.Download the paper template. (submitted papers need to be in MS Word format with file extension .doc,.pdf)Up to four (4) additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay for the over-length charge at the time of publication.There will be a Manuscript handling, processing and publication charge for accepted paper, see Publication Charge.
